 Michelle is a member of the firm’s real estate department, focusing primarily on the area of commercial real estate closings. Michelle handles a variety of matters related to commercial real estate, including representing developer clients and financial institutions in the various stages of the commercial purchase, sale and lending processes. In addition, Michelle also handles contract drafting and negotiation and residential real estate closings. A native of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the College of Charleston. Michelle obtained her law degree from the University of Georgia.
